150 miles for Ghost Fishing-UK

Some of you may know that I am a member of the Ghost Fishing-UK team. Some of you may also know that I spend a lot of my time out cycling.
In July, I am cycling the full route (75 miles) of the Great Weston Ride, plus finding an additional 75 miles to tack onto it, for a total of 150 miles. My goal is to raise £1000 to benefit Ghost Fishing UK's efforts.

The longest I have done on a bike in a day is about 60miles. Some years ago my boss 50+ ( was a keen cyclist) mentioned that he had popped over to see his dad then come back.

NE coast to Manchester. Something like 120 miles each way and he took around 6/7hrs there, similar coming back

Stopped off for tea and biccies 😄
