timeout issue

Hi,

Anyone else experiencing the same problem or know how to extend the time before I am logged out?

The issue I have is that when I start typing a reply to a post more often than not I don't complete it all on the first pass i.e. within a minute. Often I will take a few moments to re-read and adjust the wording and spelling so that it minimises the risk of offence - I know I am too nice :) but when I press the submit button I get the error message telling me I need to log in to be able to post.

I then have to copy the message I've just spent ages perfecting so I don't loose my masterpiece, refresh to get the connect / login buttons to appear before logging in, finding the thread I wanted to post on, pasting the message in and submitting it which is a bit of a faff.

Are you ticking the remember me box when you log in? Unless I choose to log out I seem to stay logged in on the various devices through which I connect.

Have you checked the box, Keep me logged in?

Cheers guys have ticked it and will see if that helps.

Also just realised I should have posted this in contact an admin pages rather than FAQ but hey-ho, no harm and I got a quick and helpful response all the same :)

Seems to have done the trick no more timeout issues :)
