Having a clear out of some old Navy design projects, we keep all the drawings, design progress documents records and material samples etc for 20 years before can we dispose of them.

This included a box that contained a range of nylon and polypropylene webbing samples that were used for various projects RB harness equipment, etc some are soft and useless some pretty stiff and would be useful for any homebuilders still out in the wild. Although most of the companies have ceased trading some remain so if anyone wants to kick off a new project I would be more than happy to discuss suppliers. Or send you a jiffy bag with all the parts in for free.

All suppliers brands and model part numbers are shown on the photo if it isn’t big enough to see on the forum let me know. Iain

Snowdon Engineering Caernarfon

Try ISC international Safety Components, Caernarfon: I think they may be a spin off.

Then there is DMG in Llanberris: climbing equipment.
