If it was tropical I would say it was a "sea apple". But it isn't so I have no idea.

            That's my best guess...

Nice try and the 'ghost of Barrygoss' agrees as it is apparently Inedible.

The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

or is this one of those "I know more than thee" urination contests?

Jeese dude you could well be right with the 'Inedible squidge' sure not something I'd want to try eating.

After much searching the web I'm thinking it could be this: http://www.marlin.ac.uk/speciesinfor...peciesID=3944# the Habitat information & Description are pointing me in that direction anyway.

You're right, it is Okenia. Might be worth having a look to see if it's on the NBN map, they don't get spotted very often.

If it isn't on there, it might be worth contacting Bernard Picton on Facebook, he usually knows the real spread of nudis.

Having had a quick look on the map it's not in that area so I will put it on there tonight, if I were of the younger generation I would contact BP, sadly I'm old enough to shall we say . . . . 'not like Facebook !'

                              Why not?
