Quick answer - no
Long answer - no, because they only pump to a few bar pressure so it's a waste of time, plus the fittings are wrong, plus the air isn't filtered, dry or clean, plus the inlet gas is unknown, plus there are likely to be car exhaust fumes all over the place meaning hydrocarbon contamination is quite likely. Plus some other stuff I expect

I dont know that before registred there and asking simple question i must have diver license. Iam no diver its fact. I am asking simple quistion but you not answer only joking. You ask me additional qestions for what??? I dont finished any courses, why i need to finish corses?? Iam not diver. Yes i will buy special connector or will make it byself. But before i would like to hear right answers.

In that case marss, with the right adaptor, yes you could put air in a tank, how much is a different question, as is "should you?", "why would you want to?" Etc.
